Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

Everyone posting of little little things i.e. didn't get cashback without waiting patiently for general TATs.

People should wait patiently to get cashback! Banks will always fulfill if you're eligible.

Eligible cards & apps already been posted many times, still same question exists.

Made 1 lakh payment in cheq using indus visa exclusive DC on feb 4th.. But still points not credited..

i guess Visa works for paytm only... mastercard for Cheq

Yes.
Plus they will ask for 1 Lakh Funding.

If you negotiate they will agree for 20k funding and will open a Normal Account and later Upgrade it to Select.

If you want Mobile Number as Account Number or Account Number of your choice , then they will force for 1 Lakh Funding😂

How to email Indusind for missing cheq reward points for Month of Jan using MC world debit card . I have sen't them email to reachus@indusind.com , they simply replied that some partial points were credited since earning limit was reached and closed the case. But I haven't received any points . Got only 317 points from Jan starting to Feb so far. How to escalate it further ? They are simply closing ticket after 4-5 days simply without solving the issue

What further steps did you took? Indusind mobile app is not opening since yesterday, indie app is asking to do kyc to its already verified customers.
