Which is the best premium credit card among the followings in terms of value, reward points and waiver of annual fees:
1. Axis Magnus
2. Axis Atlas
3. HDFC Regalia Gold
4. HDFC Diners Club

As per my knowledge, HDFC Infinia is invite only, right?

Out of the four cards mentioned by you, I would put HDFC DCB on top followed by Axis Atlas. DCB is all rounder only a tad lesser than Infinia and Atlas is purely a traveller card .

gross generalisation. Depends on people's needs tbh, diners metal is solid except for the bad network. Magnus is amazing for high spenders especially one large expense pretty much guarantees 2x returns on joining fees.

If it is Privilege, then I would put Atlas on top only if he travels frequently. Else Regalia Gold is ok. Vanilla Magnus is emasculated by Axis.

Magnus for Burgundy is the best premium credit card out there.

Among the ones you have mentioned it would have to be Atlas.

1) Magnus Burgundy if you can regularly cross 1.5 lakhs per month spend. Worth the fee and the effort of holding 10L in savings account.
2) HDFC Biz Black if you have high government spends and for smartbuy - better than Infinia
3) Amex Plat Charge if you can use it well. The benefits can far outweigh the fee
4) HDFC Infinia/ICICI Emeralde Private etc are all similar to each other.

What if use Magnus for 1-2 years just to save high annual charge , accumulate points and then upgrade to M4B and convert points ? PS: I dont own M or M4B so just asking

For moderate spenders, atlas and regalia Gold are good starting points. (Plat travel too, once amex starts issuing)

You can do that, but over 2 years there will be more changes or devaluations.
