Quite new to the forum. Apologies if any errors.

I think
@big_bull can relate more to this.
I'd want to learn from veterans like you a few things here.
So first things first, here's my case:
Need to pay around 20-25 lks tax (mostly cap gains) by dec 15th this year.
Biz black - ruled out.
I have no premium cards as of now but looking to apply now to pay these taxes.
I've only started to read about cards for tax payment benefits, so apologies again if I'm missing something here.
icici is offering times black ICICI &emerald as of now & said they need more time to check for emerlad private eligibility, but anyways super premium cards aren't my primary use case. But tax payment is the main thing to me.
So, a few questions here,
1. Give me a list of cards by top priority based on benefit ratio.
(something like an order of it : biz black > Amex Plat > times black > scb > idfc wealth select debit card etc etc)
2. Can we also use cards like times prime, scb, or even biz black to pay taxes for family members too ? (I have a use case of paying a family member's taxes of another ~15 lks too)
3. There are conflicting reports on SBI cashback credit card getting reward of 5% on tax payments, can someone who paid tax with this very recently confirm if they've received any cashback ?
Also, there are YES Private Credit Card, AU Zenith+ Credit Card and YES BANK First Business Credit Card, there's barely any discussion on this in the forum, is there anything you can add on their reliability too ?
4. Is there a way to get biz black or biz power as a salaried individual ?
5. For most of the cards mentioned in #3, is it primarily the milestone benefits that reap the most ? - because I see that only they're likely offering 2-2.5% reward and from most of the earlier posts I've read that nearly 0.9-1.1% is gone for payment gateway charge. So, is there some cards that offer ~2% but no gateway charges, or is there any alternative to avoid gateway charges using some other means from these credit cards ?
Any form of guidance or healthy discussion is highly appreciated. DM's are open to reach out as well.
TIA
