Which CC banks Customer Service is Best and worst

In terks of providing Resolutions helping out on various Issue etc.

Latest updated list till 1 aug. 2025😂

For Me Amex is top class now.
Worst is sbi... ( pathetic )

To me worst is PNB so far! Best is Axis.

Best amex. No questions asked. They spam occasionally with their insurance products otherwise the best period (especially in resolution).

Dealing with every other bank has been a headache
ICICI automatically converted a large payment into emi without consent. Was a headache to reverse. Had to get in rbi

Sbi constant spam to convert to emi despite dnd. Pathetic customer care

Hdfc is very random and its own set of rules for cc issuance. Constant spam and RMs are pretty useless when it comes to credit card, and constantly pushing ULIPs.

In my case, best is kotak never had any problem of spamming, misselling, etc.
