Best cashback Debit cards

Is there a better debit card for cashbacks than Jupiter Debit card (powered by Federal Bank) as it gives 1% cashback on any 'qualified purchase' upto 150 rupees per month

With kotak pvr, for one single ticket (at box office) or 1 single f&b order only 1 voucher is usable?
So if the ticket is of 200rs, even if we have 2 voucher of 100rs, we still have to pay 100rs?

Multiple vouchers can be used in single transaction, but only full amount will be used.. like if bill is 210 for F&B, then 200 will be used by voucher and remaining 10 you have to pay separately
