My wife is having BOB super savings account. She has a RSDC and EMT Card in that account. Recently she opened a BOB Mahila Shakthi Account. She is not getting the option to apply RSDC or EMT. Tried applying from branch. Even though they said application went through, did not receive the card even after a month.

Is there any clause in BOB that one customer ID can have only one card in a specific variant even across multiple accounts?

Yeah BOB system treating this EMT card as primary per CIF level.

Today went to branch to apply fresh EMT card, as my old card lost and blocked it. Their system saying only one primary card allowed per account.

So this EMT card once gets issued per account CIF level, we cant get it again.

Crazy thing is this EMT card doesn't have any reissue facility (mentioned no reissue fee only for this dc)

Bank guy tried reissue and replacement, he's getting error of "error occured".

So better to close mahila sakthi account and change scheme from super savings to mahila sakti / advantage
