Axis indianoil rupay credit card is issued without my consent. What's the hell with axis..!!!🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Hi everyone
When I checked my axis Bank app now, I just see that a newly issued Indian oil rupay card is showing in the app . I didn't apply/upgrade for any Indian oil card or gives any consent for the same. Then how axis issued the card without my consent and knowledge??? Really shocking & unbelievable!!!! It's my first time issue from axis. How they are supposed to issue this card as I recently upgraded my airtel rupay card. Need your valuable suggestions whether to go with RBI or not???

But bro RBI may reject it by stating that I would be escalate it further. They are always closing the complaint unfavorable to bank

rbi never reject based on u wouldnt escalate further. they reject u complain to them without approaching bank. here, u approached bank and got the response. now based on that ur escalating.

Escalate to PNO and later 3 reminders to all levels in a week span of each. Write your problem description in points and your request also. Be precise. If you don't get satisfactory response, approach RBIO. I don't think you need to send any documents as requested. Kindly ask them the purpose of these documents.

That such a useless may think that the card details used not belongs to me. So inorder to check that they asked for me
Don't know. Also for delaying the resolution also. In their system it was clearly updated that the card has been issued due to technical glitches from bank end. Still they are asking to delay the resolution

My complaint against nsdl is still ongoing for delay in closure of account. It has been 5 months. No response from rbi. The nsdl has closed the account 1 month back. But still status shows complaint forwarded to entity. So RBIO is has no timelines.
