Axis bank Credit Card EMI Issue

I have made purchase on Samsung Shop app on 22nd July and I chose credit card EMI as payment option and made payment with Samsung Axis Signature credit Card. Now it’s been more 2 weeks and I can still see the transaction as full amount in axis app and is not converted to EMI. I have checked with Samsung to send any instructions kind of to Axis but they said they can’t do that. Axis told that check with Samsung. Now I’m helpless. If I convert it manually the interest is very high and the charges are also high.

Please suggest what can be done in this case
 
I made a purchase of Rs.17990/- a couple of days ago. Yesterday I received a SMS that the transaction has been converted to EMI. Called up customer which as usual is extremely difficult to get through and actually talk to a real person. However I managed that and as expected he said that it is converted to EMI on my request and the Bank does not do it without customers consent. I calmly said that I have not made any request and I never make such requests. He then agreed to cancel the EMI and reverse the charges. This looks like a standard practice the bank follows. Many customers don't realise and when the first EMI is deducted they say it cannot be cancelled and the customer will have to pay the EMI charges even if they pay the full amount. So just be careful.
