Axis bank credit card balance adjustment issues

Hey TF Community

Its been a while that iam facing an issue with axis credit cards my available balance is not getting updated in my card. Its been two days and still not reflected. Eventually it gets updates after 3-4 days and i dont understand the delay.

The repayment of my dues are visible on the app and also current outstanding is updated accordingly but still available balance is zero.

Since i have only 20k as limit and had used that card for a purchase and now the amount is stuck.

I need to know if anyone here facing similar kind of issues from axis bank cards or is it just for me?

I had also mailed them regarding this issue but they haven't responded yet.

No issues with me either with paid or received unsettled transactions no issue its instant in my case. However its locked to per day capping of my maximum credit card limit.

When i contacted axis support they did acknowledge the issue so maybe it might be user specific.

Also which application do you use for payments the axis app or anyother third party applications?

The thing is i am using axis application and still my funds are not getting reflected.

I use axis and cred or payzap etc it doesn't matter its instant.
