In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.

this seems to be incorrect since I just tried it on my mom's phone who has select and privilege but she still doesn't have the premium customer care for some reason.

maybe it is because of this card then. Pretty weird. Would love if someone else could provide additional info on what account/cards in Axis makes someone eligible for that premium customer support line since it is a huge improvement over the normal one.

Retention team won't be active .

For some reason i call they say priority customer service upon picking up & get connected in seconds

Yeah don't know why I get this, but on 27th march I called around 7 pm and call was answered instantly and the executive said welcome to premium support.
