Every electricity payment of mine went through successfully via Airtel Thanks app using Axis Airtel card. Using it since past 1 year. So I can confirm this issue is not happening anymore. However if your payment fails, it'll return to source Account within 1 week.

It is not working.

For few minutes It started working and I paid all the bills in those few minutes.

But the twist is My txns are counted Under the Category "Other" not Utility.

Even if Airtel fetch the Bills, Due to wrong Category , we may have to escalate for getting 10% CashBack.

Mine electricity bill was reversed after 7 days, in between i was charged late fee from my electricity board..... I never paid electricity bill from airtel axis... Now i use tata infinity and get 5% cb.....

Where can we check the cashback breakup to verify if we received cashback for utility bill payment? In the statement they only share total cashback earned but no breakup
