Great offer for AU Lit card holders if they switch on their online shopping cashback pack from the AU application.

Buy something on Amazon and cancel the order.

Refund mode choose - Amazon gv.

Note - only Amazon Fulfilled order get Amazon gv refund option.
If i buy something for 13.5k postcard discount and cancel the order and choose amazon Gv as refund more I'll get 15k back? Is this what this trick means?
Am I missing something here? As i think the refund would be 13.5k only

This is cashback offer not discount offer.

Is this offer given by AU on their own without partnering Amazon / Flipkart? I don't see AU listed in either of the sites.

Also, any idea if the offer is cumulative as it mentions Amazon AND Flipkart? I don't see this mentioned clearly in the terms. I am planning to buy two phones one from Amazon and another from Flipkart but if it is cumulative, it doesn't make sense to use AU card on both.

Yeah I tried last month.
Any process to follow? Can I order and immediately cancel. Or should I wait till its shipped or something like that.

Also the option for refund to AGV comes on any device or only in mobile app or desktop or mobile web?

Sorry if my questions seems to be newb like. :)

I think direct purchase of vouchers also might work, if it is mcc based, unless it is getting cb from Amazon (in that case, even cancellation won't work).

It's mcc is 5699 - Accessory and Apparel Stores–Miscellaneous

Hi can you please let me know where you got the mcc from ? I tried checking amazon purchase in sbi ila. It was previously tagged as apparel but recently getting tagged as groceries

Different bank tag different mcc on Amazon gv purchase.

for example - onecard tag electronic mcc on Amazon gv purchase but it doesn't mean other banks will tag same mcc.
Thanks, I understand it might be different mcc but isn't generally that network specific ?
Also any idea which mcc amazon purchases were categorised in AU ?

I activated the 5% add on Feature on electronics spends on my AU lit CC.
Brought a mobile, after speaking to CC of Au, they said its apparels.
Now they have made me do double works by sending them invoices n all :(

Sorry to hear that. Facing same dilemma on which category spend would come under. Would you mind sharing the merchant name in OTP sms/email and in statement once settled ? Thanks
