AU Credit Card Application shows incomplete even after VKYC

Hello all,
I recently applied for an AU Credit card and filled in all the details and out of three (Lit -LTF (3.85 Limit), Zeneth+ -LTF (1.85 Limit) and Vetta 3k+GST (3.85 Limit)) I selected Lit and proceeded and completed the VKYC as well. VKYC agent also said that the VKYC has been completed successfully and ended the call from her end. Now when I try tracking the card status it shows Application Incomplete! (ss attached).

Anyone faced the same issue and if yes how did it go? When I go through the link on the track status page, it asks for a phone number and PAN, which I am not proceeding thing because it might do a credit enquiry again.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Yeah, at least it showed nil charges to me. I didn't choose it as the limit shown was way to less than lit and Vetta.

Yeah, I too have read the same in the TF. But AU won't be my primary card so LIT is also good for occasional spending.

@ank_sh1 - Did you receive any resolution from AU? I am facing the same issue where my Application Status is Incomplete after VKYC.

Facing the same issue. After VKYC, showing inconomplete after couple of days. So lame.
