Spoke to customer care and was informed that for existing customers they’ll have to enable from their system sequentially and that the customer will be informed through SMS/mail when that is enabled. Though I personally feel that it’s a lame excuse and there‘s some issue with their system and they need to fix it.

Gentlemen, I attach below response from the AU Small Finance Bank on my DM on 'X'. They are talking about "We'll be sharing the application link for the InstaPay Credit Card (RuPay) with eligible customers in phased manner". 😂😂

Guys I have received a whatsapp message & email from AU regarding Ruapy credit card. I applied, got approved & closed within 5 mins. I hold AuXcite ultra with 8 lakh limit & Rupay credit card with only 1 Lakh so closed.

Lol. They were giving Rupay Cards to everyone with a limit of 1L. Close kyu karvaya? 🙄

I got a text msg and email to apply for AU bank's LTF INSTA UPI cc, after clicking on the link one needs to enter his existing Au bank registered ph no. then OTP and then one can see "you're eligible"(pictures are attached) later DOB and existing AU cc's last 4 digits and that's it. In next 5 minutes you will get 2 more text msgs, first one about application lead id and 2nd about application approved.
After the 2nd msg one can check his/her Insta upi card via net banking/AU 101 app, Idk why but AU bank is giving 1limit for this card, whether you got 10L limit on your existing cc. Will update if they merge the credit limit later.

Most imp - During this application process if Au bank asks you for Ph no and Pan no. at first step then you won't get this cc like above comments but after this step if AU bank is asking for DOB and Last 4 digits then you will get your LTF insta Upi cc for sure.

One more thing I'm unable to link this cc on Payzapp(Don't know why)

This is LTF Card and you can use this Virtual card for AU bank sales offer too.
