Lol didn't checked it before. I guess they have changed the process now because there was no option to skip it.

I got the instapay card yesterday based on existing AU lit. I havent been able to link it on any apps like paytm yet, always throws the 'you dont have any card' error

Try to link with Bhim app first & generate upi pin.
Before linking activate your virtual Rupay card from AU banking app

Tried but it didnt work, maybe an issue with AU servers
