AU Bank application rejected, what to do now?

AU bank has rejected my credit card application stating some "Internal Reason". However, I think it has happened because of wrong office address which is written in my application (The address is not wrong, it's just that they picked my old office address from CIBIL and didn't bother to ask me for the updated address).
Now they are asking me to wait for 6 more months.

Is there anything I can do? Do I need to wait for 6 months more?

I applied for AU Bank Zenith+ online as it showed me that I am eligible, I'm not sure what went wrong as I meet/exceed all the criteria specified by the bank.

Hi @deep@vie , I applied for a Credit card, completed VKYC, it showed LIT card with limit 1.2 Lacs, , they said they will update me within 2 days, but no response is there. Also i have a WFH profile, can you help me with the status?
