Apply ICICI APAY Credit Card

If I apply for the ICICI Amazon Pay credit card as self-employed and with no existing ICICI banking relationship, will there be any physical or income verification?

CIBIL: 784

Experian: 790

Credit History: 3+ years (started with 1st credit card)

Currently Holding: Yes Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank credit cards ....


Would really appreciate inputs from anyone with similar experience!

Got a mail saying:
“Rejected due to insufficient/adverse credit history as per policy norms.”

WTH? I have 3+ years of credit history, never missed a payment, and currently hold cards from Axis, Yes Bank, Kotak Bank, etc.
What more do they want? 🤦‍♂️

It's rare to happen, wait for 6 months to re-apply
May be next time try via offline agent

ICICI is very conservative in issuing the cards since last year.
And Apay is their most saught after card.
So keep trying...

Self employed dalne pe icici instant reject kar deta hai. Mere sath b Hota tha. Fir Maine 1 saving ac open kiya usme 1 lakh rs Dal k us se kuch transaction karta tha.. 3 month baad platinum apply Kiya fir apay.

Bhai 2 raste hain 1 ya to saving ac open kar k kuch din bad le lena platinum fir apay. Ya fd based platinum le lo aur uske next mnth apay apply kar lena aprove ho jayega.

Account ka rasta mushkil hai agar 1lakh amb wala account khol sakte hai to thik nhi to 10k regular savings account discontinued hochuka hai .

Fd based me bhi branch pe depend karega
