It has been a month after applying for SimplyClick. Submitted all the documents in the online portal itself. Scheduled an appointment but no one called me. Tried rescheduling few times and still no response. Contacted customer care multiple times and they all gave a standard answer "Your application is in processing state. Please wait for 21 working days post application". Even after continuous follow-ups, and now crossed 21 days also - NO RESPONSE. I already have the Cashback card - Got it in March (that application was processed in a lighting speed - i had virtual card in a day). What to do next? Pls suggest
