Anyone Else Get a Yes Bank Amazon Voucher That Doesn't Work?

I received an email from Yes Bank today, thanking me for being a new credit card customer. I'm not sure why they suddenly decided to send this, even though I've been a Yes Bank credit card holder for almost a year. They shared a ₹500 Amazon voucher code, but it doesn't look valid. I tried redeeming it on Amazon, but it says 'invalid voucher code.' Does anyone know how I can redeem it?

Yes I got the same email, and the amazon voucher code is invalid.
