Anyone bought prime video ad free subscription?

Did anyone buy prime video ad free subscription? Only option seems to be to pay using credit card. No option to use any voucher. 😔

Also, 699 seems to be first year price. Not sure what full price is going to be next year.

I am getting only a monthly offer, but not a yearly option. The bad part is only the CC option, no Amazon Pay/ giftcard, etc.
