Credit cards are not that level to provide free subscription. Very few like DCB will provide free subscription but that require proper spending which adds as a bonus rather complete benefit.

Based on your cards, you can get with discount fare in Smartbuy / Grabdeals but not completely free.

I have heard on this forum that even after proper spends, dcb doesnt give hotstar as they have subscribed to a lower tier of times prime.
