Any recommendation for IDFC First bank branch in Bengaluru?

Howdy Folks,

I'm just fed up with the unresponsiveness of my current IDFC bank RM and branch head (Varthur Rd, Thubarahalli branch).
I have an IDFC First Wealth account and credit card with them. And for any query or support, they just aren't responsive even after multiple follow-ups.
Things that should take 4-5 days max, are taking 15+ days.
I understand that I can escalate things to RNO/PNO/RBI but it really doesn't enhance the overall customer experience. If for every darn thing, we need to escalate in order to get the things done, what about the basic SLA. It just defeats the whole purpose of moving to these banks for better experience.
Sorry for the rant, though.
Could you please recommend a "better than the rest" IDFC branch and/or RM in Bengaluru, if you are aware of one?
I know I can change my RM too but I'm not sure how would be the next one.
Not sure if any other RM could help here.

Hearing from a lot of people that most IDFC branches in Bangalore aren't worth your time. This is the reason why I haven't opened an account there yet!
