Hey folks, I need some help with a weird issue.
I closed my Amazon Pay Later account in January 2025. The lending partner was Axio, and everything seemed fine until I noticed that the auto pay mandate is still showing as active on PhonePe.
I reached out to PhonePe support, and they told me that the mandate is still active from Axio's side. So I contacted Axio, and they confirmed that:
My Amazon Pay Later account is fully closed, and
The auto payment mandate has also been cancelled on their end.
Now I'm stuck — PhonePe says it's Axio's issue, and Axio says it’s already been taken care of. But the autopay is still visible in my PhonePe app.
Has anyone else faced something like this?
What should I do to completely remove the autopay mandate from PhonePe?
