I'm not sure. There was a warning of me exeeding the monthly limit, but fortunately the payment went through.

Tata Aig has Apay wallet option in their payment gateway. I just made a payment few days ago.

Manipal Cigna hasn't got APay wallet option. Have to pay by credit card.
