Devaluation Amazon pay balance changes - Category based restrictions

I dont have sbi cashback card so cant say. The link I use works for only axis and city cards though.
This link is correct. You will get 0.5% on gyftr and base rate of 2 edge miles per 100rs spent on atlas.Is this the link to purchase using Atlas?

Platform gives only 0.5% rewards where as we will get separate 4x-7.2x atlas rewards towards ITC/Accor transfer.

Nope. Its base rate of 2 edge miles per 100rs spent.

Maximize money you can buy but they levy surcharge of 1.5% for phone pe gv... phone pe gv can be used to pay any merchant account which has phone pe qr ???
Can someone else check this out and see if they receive the same answer? It could just be that their support representatives are not informed
I just chatted with Amazon customer support and was told the following:
1) That the limitation of Rs 25000 for insurance is due to a technical issue
2) That a lot of customers are facing issues and have complained
3) That their backend team has been informed of the problem and is working on it
4) That I should try again later today and see if it works
Maybe, if enough people complain, they might actually fix the problem. So time to start contacting Amazon. Maybe this is a change that can be rolled back. At least, I hope so.
Notes:
a) It could just be that the representative I spoke to is misinformed. But, I was specifically transferred to a different rep as the 1st rep said the 2nd was authorised to answer the query.
b) I also specifically asked whether it was a policy decision or a technical issue and was told that it was a technical issue
c) My questions to them were specific to payments made using the gift card portion of Amazon Pay balance

I wrote a complaint to the Amazon Pay team and they asked me to contact the Amazon core customer care itself since they are not aware of any such policy change. They said the allowed amount is still 1L and if it does not go through it must be a technical issue.
There is no limit to the amount of GV you can add to the account. Max I have added is 3L. Only limit is for the money you add by Netbanking or Debit card.
I think they are not aware what's the limit before also. I was paying 2.5L insurance with amazon pay annually for 3 years straight.

Unconfirmed from "internal sources" - expected limits of 50k, not implemented yet afaik.
