However these are your seller details... Please check the name and address and matches with your seller.. Try contacting him on his number, and give all your details quoting Amazon order number and ask for the refund.. First go professionally only and see what his response is.

Had you not called even once post raising the complaint once, it would have been resolved on the same date as it's done now.
write an email to ecr@amazon.in, assuming your case is genuine file an FIR too if required that will help fastrack your case. For FIR part lodge a complaint on the delivery station not on amazon , that wont help.
Executive customer relations ( they deal with country head and CEO level escalations )
