1) Indian Bank RuPay Gift Cards (No charges for virtual cards) -

• Our RuPay Gift Cards are accepted across all merchant establishments and online e-com portals
• Gift cards can be availed through IB Prepaid Card mobile app or through branches.
• Individuals and Corporates can avail the Gift cards for a maximum value of Rs.10,000/- per card.
• On receiving the Gift card, beneficiary can visit https://giftcard.card91.io/ and link the card to their mobile number.
• After linking the card, beneficiary can use the IB Prepaid Card mobile app to view the card details and transactions.
• Issuance Fee: Rs.85/- plus GST for Physical card. No charges for virtual cards issued in Digital Form.

2) Indian Bank RuPay Reloadable Prepaid Cards (No charges for virtual cards) -

• Reloadable prepaid cards are general purpose prepaid cards with option to load funds multiple times.
• Individuals and Corporates can avail the reloadable prepaid cards.
• Customers who do not have account with Indian Bank can choose full KYC cards or minimum KYC cards.
• Full KYC cards can be availed after completing Video KYC process. Maximum balance permitted is Rs.2,00,000
• Minimum KYC cards can be availed after completing Minimum KYC process using mobile number and any officially valid document.
• Maximum balance permitted in Minimum KYC card is Rs.10,000 with a monthly limit of Rs.10,000 for loading and usage.
• Issuance Fee: Rs.85/- plus GST for Physical card. No charges for virtual cards issued in Digital Form.
• Annual Charges: Nil.

3) Indian Bank No KYC RuPay Prepaid Card for Mass Transit (National Common Mobility Card) -

• This card can be used for offline payments across various modes of public transport such as metro, buses, rail, waterways, tolls
  and parking.
• No KYC Prepaid Card for Mass Transit is compliant with National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) standards
• This card can be availed through IB Prepaid Card mobile app or through selected branches. KYC verification is not required.
• This card can’t be used for ATM cash withdrawal, POS purchase or online transactions.
• Money can be loaded and re-loaded in the card through funds transfer from your Indian bank account (at the bank branch) or through
  online mode.
• The amount outstanding in the card will not exceed Rs.2,000/- at any point of time.
• Issuance Fee: Rs.50/- plus GST.
• Annual Charges: Nil.

Ok, Add money option also available on website (however, wallet adding not working through website) - https://indianbank-ppicustomer.card91.io/

But the option to generate multiple RuPay gift cards is not available in the latest app, and on the website, there's only an option to apply for a physical card. There's no option to apply for a digital card.

Anyway, I’ve emailed the support team. Let’s see if they reply or not.

@Abhishek012 seems like the option is back again in the app along with the introduction of Singara Chennai Card and the option for linking new gift card by going to https://giftcard.card91.io
The MCC codes option/link has been removed.
Just uninstall the app and install again.

Here i was busy. But i have gone through the entire thread.
So here is conclusion.
1. Looks like android user are being ask to install another app for add money.( only for gift card not for reloadable prepaid card )
2. Does directly add money in using the card option may give 5% cashback using sbi cc
( I have initiated a test transaction for that via Sbi CB Master card)
3. Some people are facing issues via Ola Money which is already resolved by @Abhishek012
4. I here clarified that there is no problem such additional app installation or pg getaway error on IOS
