Airtel 5g issue

I have airtel sim with monthly recharge of 299 in app it shows Unlimited 5g and 2gb 4g data per day but after exhausting 2gb. Data got stopped and not working not even able to send or receive WhatsApp msg....
Any suggestions to cure it or I have to port my sim....

Is anyone facing the same.
I am using a 5g enabled device and in my location there is no issue with 5g network.

In Airtel, you have to claim your unlimited 5G data in the Airtel Thanks app after every recharge. Go to your Airtel Thanks app, scroll down until you see "Claim Unlimited 5G Data," then activate it.

I already claimed it but even after I can't use more than 2gb data in a day
