Hotel Points Accor Booking Query

A very basic doubt - If I book Accor under "Red Hot Rooms" or "Escape Sale", can I make payments via Accor points at hotel?

On the website, it says online payment but don't think they charge the card directly or do they?

Recently I stayed, I book Online for 3 days redeeming 12k points and using my card bor the balance 6k rs but it was just tokenisation and the card was not charged, still pay at hotel is preferrred

Thanks. To clarify, you paid at hotel with 12k points and 6k via card? And the booking was under Escape Sale?
