Accidently applied for Axis Neo Mastercard, When can I apply again for second credit card ( rupay variant)

I'm an Axis account holder and got a message about the Axis Neo card being LTF. I applied online and it was approved without KYC. I don’t find it very useful except for Zomato offers and want a RuPay variant card instead.

When can I apply for a second credit card? Is there a cooling-off perio

Mostly Axis offering Neo in rupay variant. So I dont know how you get the master variant?
