My usage is nothing. Literally, I just do transactions to prevent from dormancy, that's all.

I don't know, it was pre approved. And I don't have any other relationship with IndusInd except for this Card which I have been holding since 2021. Not using is much. I mean, not using at all.
One day I just got this message from them.

Seriously, for the cards which I want to upgrade (ICICI / HDFC), banks will not do that for me. Other cards which I don't care about, they will happily do these things.

Based on what i have read here on this forum, Indus doesnt give auto LE, you will have to send income docs and LE will be done with CIBIL check

Yeah, I have sent them the documents. Waiting for response.
My card is 2 years old now.

Since everyone here is saying Pinnacle is a good card. I will now look into if I can use this as my daily driver for some time to try it out.

I am transferring my salary account from HDFC to Indusind and asking them to upgrade my Legend card with 1.8 lakhs limit to Pinnacle without any charges..still they are not accepting...
