1% Cashback returns on HDFC Platinum Debit Card

Autopay works only on the full amount due. In case amount due is more than the maximum amount limit set, autopay wont schedule and you need to pay manually full amount
Yes I thought so too when it happened with me the first time and because of that I went through the torture that is to remove and then add all my cards again on HDFC Billpay, this time setting Auto Pay and Debit card e-com limits to their maximum of 5L each. Sometime after this I got a bill for ~96K, it got scheduled and then on payment day I received a similiar (not exactly the same) message as the guy you replied to:

SmartPay Failed: AXIS00000NAFJE Bill xxxxxxxxxx of Rs. 95462.32 via HDFC Bank Debit Card xxxxxx
Reason: card status/limit
Pay manually to avoid penalty

There is nothing wrong with the debit card itself because 2 days after this I had another bill scheduled of ~9K which went through just fine.

I have been trying to find a reason for the same because my bills do exceed 1L even for some months and I don't wanna lose the CB for them again.

If I choose some fixed amount of Autopay instead of entire bill will it still fetch 1% cb on platinum dc or entire bill needs to be chosen? Also I don't see any option of changing auto pay date. By default it is set at 3 days prior to due date. I want it to be paid earlier

You need to pay entire bill, no custom amount is allowed to be set for autopay. I am not aware if we can change the autopay date.

Until New App we can change date and i received cashback. Now it is not working
 
Im getting "pbe10002 invalid credentials" when i add my icici cards. Anyone faced this? How to fix this?

Ive deleted and re-added biller multiple times, double checked the DC and the card details. Everything is right.
 
Autopay was set up for August 26 but whole day passed, the transaction didn't happen. Now I'm getting worried as only 3 days left to due date. Has anyone else faced the issue? Is it because of the forced migration to the new app/website? So many things are "coming soon" in the new versions
