1% Cashback returns on HDFC Platinum Debit Card

The reason maybe is the 3% coupon we are applying. I tested in July without coupon for a Rs.500 txn. If that gives 25 then it means 3% PZSHOPDEBIT is culprit and both can't be clubbed anymore.

Although max. time is 90 days but in one case even 110 days weny by and no cashback came for it from smartbuy. That txn also had 3% coupon with it.. Before that without this 3% I always got cashback within 30-60 days.

Dekhna padega wait karke. CC tak mat jana.

Bhaiyo abhi recently kisi ka successfully bill pay hua hai kya smartpay se. ?
It is acting erratically it is not even allowing to cancel the payment once scheduled. Error aa raha hai ki cancel bhi ni krne dega.
