I was charged 4999+GST due to 33 p less in account.
I had to fight with HDFC for reversal. Hope everyone aware of charges. They reversed 4999. But they didn't reverse 18% GST
Basis your email, we have done a detailed review on your credit card account and observe that Auto pay is active for Total amount due and hence our system had tried to debit the payment from your Savings account. However, the same was returned due to insufficient funds. We have noted that you had made manual payment to the card account and hence as as service gesture we have reversed the payment return fee of Rs.4999.00 ( GST payable ) to your card account. We request you to maintain sufficient funds in your Savings account to avoid levy of charges in future.

Is this really true ? 5k seems too much.
Though fund issue for Autopay I never had so didn't get a chance to confirm this firsthand 🫣

payment authentication ke liye sms and mail aaya hoga, last month mere axis bills 20000 ke upar the uske liye aaya tha, consent dena pda tha OTP se verify krke then it got deducted on time bhai.

Ab wapas se fresh biller ad karu. Aur pichle months wale email ke link se authenticate karu ?

To all the people whose payment got failed, i think you received cashback. Once the payment is refunded back, did your cashback also got reverted or not?

Refund takes around 3 working days. SMS/mail aaya tha kya check kiya apne ? Agar miss hua hai to kuch nahi karna, next month fir fetch karna chahiye usse fresh bill bhai.

My SBI Cashback card biller never goes to Scheduled Payments. Has anyone seen this issue?
Mine started from this month ICICI and SBI didnt get to SP
Both of them have dues of 25k+
Other ICICI card with 11k Due went fine into SP
