my amount got deducted for AU LIT, but it is not showing as credited in the bank. HDFC billway is not reliable. i think our due date is 5th June

When amount got debited for you ?
Does it show as Delivered in scheduled tasks in mobile app ?
Will wait till tomorrow and then cancel autopay . Is it possible to cancel ? Any idea ?

The whole point of BBPS / BharatConnect was instant credit and better reliability/more robust payments. But this autopay for third party credit cards already pays VERY LATE, very close to the due date and then no guarantee of success, refund will also come late, after the due date has passed. I wish HDFC got some punishment from RBI for this

UPDATE: The amount just got credited 4 hours 30 mins later at almost 10:30 pm

it got debited around 6:10pm today. In the scheduled task it shows paid and when i check history, it shows in progress. it generally shows success there.

History is showing nothing. Shows Delieverd in scheduled tasks . Confused what it means.
How to cancel it .when I click the au card in biller section,it shows already autopay scheduled .

Update: Bill payment done by smartpay . When will we get cashback any TAT ?

Same problem facing with sbi cashback card.. it will never be completed..

That is different issue which is SBI Cashback card or any other card having outstanding less than due Amount

This Smartpay issue which has occurred today also happened with Axis Cards 2 months back, payment was settling instantly but settled after 2 days with settlement date as transaction date

Hoping that the issue which has occurred today is same as the previous one

Just now received the Bill paid messages from HDFC Smartbuy regarding ICICI CC Bill payment

Still no message about SBI CC Pmt

Payment has also been credited to ICICI Credit Cards

Message received from SBI Credit card regarding payment

So all payments are complete now

Did you paid more than ₹75000 in may alone? If yes, then you won’t receive cashback, as the old HDFC Platinum Debit Card has a cashback limit of ₹750 per month.

People have already received their cashback of 28, 29, and 30th may.

Just received message from SBI that Payment could not be processed as the amount paid is more than the outstanding amount

Yesterday Night received the message that payment has been processed successfully

However the amount is showing in SBI CC app in unbilled Transactions and outstanding has already been adjusted

Don't know what is happening
