1% Cashback returns on HDFC Platinum Debit Card

My auto debit from SmartPay happened on 27may, and in the statement it is showing -
POS Card number DCSI-BBPSBILLPAY.

But till now I haven’t received the points.

Anyone has a clue ?

Most of my cards has due date of 10-15th of the month. I try to schedule as in first 2-3 days of month, so I can earn cb before they change mcc. Also if payment fails in starting of month, then I have another 7-10 days to schedule autopay again.

I am looking for manual schedule this time for one of my payments i am not getting manual schedule date option in hdfc billpay, i am not getting now which option i need to follow what i am missing here , usually it going as system by default scheduled 4 days before bill last due.

Which card are you paying for?
I get this option in netbanking app ( not latest new one). When autopay is enabled on the card, I click on the auto fetched bill amount, then there is an option to select the date. For some cards, date (today's date) can't be changed. While on some date change is allowed.

Month end delays are quite common in HDFC. Just wait, you will receive before 10th June.

My automated payment was scheduled for yesterday and ideally it should have processed by today 6am but still it didn't get processed. It still shows in the scheduled payments though. My due date is 5th June. Is there anyway that i can invoke the transaction? This is for my AU bank card.

I am looking for rupay simplysave , in net banking billpay portal i tried but there is no such options i can see now regards app i am not aware please confirm my bill is generated or anytime we can schedule after bill paid or before or after bill generate we can change this date of scheduled payment.

After bill generated and shows up in hdfc app, you can schedule. Even if it's scheduled already, you can create a new schedule and then delete the already created schedule. Also it's card specific. On some cards, it allows while on others, it doesn't.

Has this happened for anyone? Instead of autopay executing at 6 am, today it happened at 6 pm! Now I don't have a problem with this, in fact it's better than my sleep getting disturbed at 6 am but it's unpredictable. Or did I miss a setting somewhere ?

UPDATE: The amount just got credited 4 hours 30 mins later at almost 10:30 pm

I can confirm this happened with me as well. The amount is debited but it does not reflect in the credit card or the portal though.

same. It happened with me as well today. the bill was 43k. So, i was nervous when the payment didnt happen in the morning. I thought of doing it manually but decided to wait for a day max as its already too late

same. amount is still not reflecting on the credit card. we are close to the due date. HDFC billway is very unreliable

Yeah, the amount has been debited but not credited for Yes bank as well. It is still showing scheduled as well and in paid as well.

smart pay bill deducted around 6.30PM but not credited yet to icici apay card... strange..

For AU LIT card autopay was scheduled for 01 Jun 2025, but still amount is not deducted till now.
It shows as Delivered in scheduled tasks.
So can it be cancelled and better to pay manually ?
