Initially gave 1l then later I didn’t maintain the balance but still no charges

yes.. during last increased AMB fiasco by ICICI, bank discontinued Privilege and Family 360 degrees both.
I don't think it's discontinued, just that some terms may have changed. Also, bank has reduced MAB from 50k levels.
