Can I achieive this when I have no transactions in any of my credit cards for entire month after paying all the bills?

yes, when each and every account has 0 outstanding balance then it is achievable..
And these days you don't need to wait for 30 days.. 15 days is enough..as most banks are reporting every 15 days ...

Yes I am well aware of that thread. But multiple banks report CIBIL on different dates right. If I can know the dates, it would be great
