This maybe the wrong thread but, I have raised a RBI ombudsman complaint on 14/10/2023 against HDFC. I got an email from HDFC regarding my grievance being registered and latest date of expected reply is 27/10/2023. It has come and gone. No reply. What can I expect? Incase of delay by HDFC what judgement does RBI give? It is regarding to LTF card.
