Axis Debit Card: Picture personalization. Any experiences / what do they charge? Any other banks do the same? I wondering since so many cards use similar black base it might help to just distinguish / separate and find it more easily among many? Especially in a shadowed/ darker scenario?

Hey guys, Will I be able to use UPI, Mobile App and Netbanking of Axis Bank if I block their debit cards permanently? Don't wanna pay 1000 INR annually for their useless debit cards basically. 😑
