Probably not , as they told me that new card would have Axis branding with all previous citi card feature

I do and acknowledged the same. Its progressive & my recent conversation with Citi Customer service they told me that Axis would rolling out new cards for existing citi customers very soon

Ohhh.. Many might have had their card exp in 2023 as its Dcember , end of 2023 , Possibly some must have their card renewed yet

As the Citi- Axis migration has already been completed , have anybody received new Axis card as a replacement of existing Citi card ? Does Axis send new card when the Expiry date is near completion or they just started sending new card irrespective of existing Exp date of Citi card?

I have been come acrossed that from couple of month Citi IOC CC is not crediting correct RP for their fuel transactions at authorised IOC centres . Say RP rate is 4/150 but i got 1/150. Some times they reversed fuel surcharge & some times not . My fuel transactions are being done at their listed...

Had a recent conversation with Citi CC & they spontaneously said that in couple of months(January onwards ) Axis will start sending their brand CC to all existing Citi customers without changing card features .

Pay with points Option i received last on May 2022. Since than no link to redem points !!! Idle points worth 1500 Rs . Customer care files complaint but no action is being taken !
