i think there are issues with sbi tech. previously everything worked fine, last transaction at previously used bpcl bunk dint give me reward points and surcharge wavier. had to contact the support, they resolved it.

example - limit 1,00,000 you over pay by - 10,000 temporary limit available will be 1,10,000 but limit per transaction cannot be changed to over 1,00,000 how could useage over credit limit be possible if only need to transact 1,10,000 in one transaction? am i missing something?

For the past 3 years always got rewards points and fuel surcharge wavier with in 4 days. This month on 3rd used at BPCL and not yet surcharge is waved nor points received.

Recently applied for an add on sbi card. they issued me new card along with the add on. Since then, in my cibil its is showing sbi as closed. strange

Update - Payment was redirect to the new card.

Called customer care. They told payment to old card will be redirected to the new one. Will keep you updated what happens.

Hi Sbi reissued my card for some reasons. Now old card details were saved on paytm and I mistakenly paid bill to the old saved card. What will happen? Will the payment be directed to new card? Will the payment be refunded? Or have I lost money? Anyone has idea let me know. Thanks.
