    Promised axis Bank limit increase he told to open website link I opened and some shitty design clone. I said him I can make better in less money.

    He cut the call I called him to ask where he get details he said he got from branch told my nearest branch name. My pan card number and he cut call again.


    Damn how much data they have and banks share with these fraud agencies.

    Here's what I encountered today at BOI branch.

    I visited BOI branch for xyz work. And while I was there 2 police person visited in counter he showed UPI txn and asked guy if this account belongs here he said yes after that he told incident a guy from uttarakhand by mistake transferred 50k in his account after while telli he shown nothing no copy of complaint etc or any permission and branch guy checked account details ( he didn't even asked for anything just asked police person how you got contact of uk guy he said from cyber police etc) after that branch person put freeze in receiver account and gave address from account to police person.

    Is this how easily they do things without even verifying ? And now it will take years to unfreeze account just because someone transferred amount in your bank.

    I never understand the complete freeze of account (debit). Why not just only the disputed amount? I meant what if someone had to pay cc bill, hospital bill, or something important. That money is literally gone............

    I am thinking to write detailed application on this matter and send to RBI Ombudsman by post and email. If they starts receiving same topic mail/letters in mass, they might think about this. @TechnoFino

    This is a very serious issue, IDK why RBI don't interfere in such cases. @Anupama_Jha it's a very good idea...

    not just icici, any rupay cc on paytm works. I just installed paytm some 4 days back to apply for freedom card, and i saw this offer. linked my neu infinity card. did a upi scan of 220 rs in a shop, got 50 rs in bank. one scan per day.
    one more remaining for me, will do sometime this week. heavy raining since last 2-3 days, not able to go outside.

    Kotak offering me ltf league platinum cc vkyc pending ( no cibil hit made till now).
    Should i take it ? I dont have and kotak cc and i have cc acc to my usage so it will not make any diff. Kotak only for sales offers. Just have doubt about kotak LTF gimmick.

    Today my RM called me and introduced him. I asked if Zen or White card can be provided as LTF, he said will upgrade your card to Zen LTF and he then applied it from his system, shared a link with me and have given the consent.

    I highly doubt that it will be LTF waiting now to see the application email confirming that as LTF

    So I have zero knowledge about ITR filling/Incometax etc
    I have some questions below before I proceed here's my info.

    I Was salaried till oct 2023 (currently student )
    My yearly salary was around 2L
    I never filed ITR etc.
    My CC usage have been alot in last FY used for self my father paid bills (and used cards to order for friends etc ) and got amount in savings account and paid bills through that for some reward.
    My CC spend was ~
    ICICI - 3-4L
    Axis - 2.5L
    SBI - 1.4L
    HDFC - 2.5L

    Bob - 50k
    Now my noob question are.
    1) Should I file ITR ?
    2) is it fine if I register in e-filing portal and check AIS report etc ( never got and message regarding that ) or they will track more after registering.
    3) or leave it as it is.

    Please tell what I should do, and what I am doing wrong any knowledge appreciated.

    And if I stop using cc for friends.
    My usage will be less ~5k/m overall cc.
    So I will be fine right ? Then no need to do anything.
    Then when I get job and if income is >3L I can start filing.

    @Hope Yes it will be fine. You can file ITR if and when income is more than 2.5L in Old regime and 4L in new regime. Below this mark you are exempted from filing but remember in that previous year your transaction should not be something that can prove you had expenses but still you have not made ITR so where this money came from.

    IT Department generally look at a person's last 3 years ITR figures and compare it with their expenses (only when they get to notice else there are crores of peoplee and they can not look for everyone and it is just random. Simple words mein jiska time aa gaya ya number aa gaya uski lagegi).

    Suppose your ITR was Rs.6L, 8L and 9L for last 3 years and your spends on CC are say 25L then this is questionable as 23L income and 25L spends. But if you can prove you took this money from father or anyone who can also confirm and this was not in cash (cash can be 20K only), you are good to go and safe.

    Jo karna hai karo bas uska hisaab jarur rakho. Yeh khaoge ki friend ke liye ki thi toh fir usko bhi le aana questioning ke time ki usne payment cash mein ki ya tumhe fund tfr kiye. Cash mein ki hai to tum dono ki lagegi.

    Jab tak department ki nazar nahi pade sab theek hai. Par ek baar fasey toh bahar nikalene nahi denge yeh log.

    Darna nahi hai par alert raho. Aur pata rahe tumhe bas ki kya kar rahe ho aur zayaz bhi hai.

    Yesterday was my sbi card last day of due date and i totally forgot to pay, i will pay today just waiting to upi to start work again.
    Will sbi report to my cibil about late payment ?
    And there will be any charges ?

    Dont worry, you get 3 days grace period even after the due date......you wont be impacted this time. Any late payment fee charged would be reversed (happened in HDFC with me) but would suggest not to use it as a extended timeline every time.
