Profile visit me v password
In 6 month, change both password,
Again otp on changing password

Ye to achha hua, pehle 8 digit ka otp tha,

ICICI don't even ask OTP for showing card details or card transactions control.
Even RBL is better in this. They send a confirmation email also with details like which transaction is ON or OFF and transaction limit.
Every bank should enable OTP verification to show full card details and settings transaction limit and should send card transactions limit on email for proof in case of any dispute.

Credit card section seems to be under maintenance both in net banking & iMobile.
On iMobile can see list of own credit cards but unable to access detail of any card.

Credit card option itself is removed now from Netbanking page. Seems ICICI has found a big issue in their code and may take time to apply fix

If I am not wrong, it's a problem with manyyy diff Banks CC's, right??
Cause the problem lies in tokenization, rather than at Bank end.....

Once a card is tokenized it doesn't require anything be it CVV or expiry .
Some sites have this CVV bug where others dont

Byproduct of employing third grade IT team .. this issue should have never happened in the dreams also...
And also,
As part of cost cutting, they remove many IT employees, putting massive pressure on the current employees ,leading to these kinds of catastrophic events..

They have to understand where to cut the costs and more importantly where NOT to... or else face the consequences ..

Quality of the staff at critical positions is of paramount importance and quality comes at a price ..
If Organisations are worried about paying price for the quality, then they had to pay much much bigger price when sh*t hits the fan...
