Savesage getting deducted but not paid

Did a txn on Good Score of 2.3L, txn is pending, money debited from IDFC and No Points 🙁

Previously did a txn of ~56k through Zavo Firs_tT_ap, got rewards instantly

same thing happened with me on goodscore as well. Did a transaction , txn is pending, money debited and no points.

I don’t know if this is known already but just posting so that other people know ..

Yesterday I could pay my SC bill from SC app via IDFC RuPay DC and got the reward points ..

Quite strangely I tried using CRED first then GPay and what not..
Finally in frustration I went to SC app and wanted to pay immediately …
To my surprise I got Debit card option where I used IDFC FIRST TAP RUPAY DC

OTP msg: xxxxx is the OTP for transaction STANDARDCH for INR xxxx using IDFC Bank card ending xxxx

After transaction on IDFC app:
POS-RUPAY/STANDARDCHAB/ xx / MH IN/Mum

⚠️ Danger Alert 😈 Tried using the Goodscore app twice for ₹2L bill payments, both attempts failed. One good thing refund was processed within 24 hours
