Emerald Private Metal Application, are they doing it correctly

My application is in pending status for last 4 days. Is this the correct way to apply for Emerald Metal? I am in T2 city and most likely my RM/CC agent won’t have an idea of credit cards. So he took my Aadhar, PAN and payslips and then applied. But still the application says pending documents. According to him its pending state head approval which may take anywhere between 8-10 working days. I don’t want to ruin this application.

The upgrade process is offline. Its not visible for EPM unlike other cards.

Upgrades do show up, if rarely - I got a pre-approved offer a few days ago. Getting the card delivered tomorrow.

My RM had also started the process separately and was pretty surprised (and kinda frustrated) when I told him I got a pre-approved offer and already generated the card.

Yes, this is the correct way to track the application. The process involves two steps. The first step runs in the background to gather necessary approvals. Once all approvals are completed, your application login status will turn green. After that, it moves to the credit card manager for further processing.

Lol this got rejected after 10-15 days as I went through Branch route. Reapplied again for an upgrade via corporate RM and it was done in 2 days.

Was pending from over a month and i started chasing them from a week. Increased the CL first from 5.5 to 10L and then asked some basic details from company official mail id.

My corporate RM asked me to open salary account plus demat , and he will get approval if CTC is more than 50 lakhs , opened today. Let’s see if I get card after all this hustle!

By now, it should have been approved. The initial step of obtaining all the necessary approvals took me over a month. However, the sanction took me 14 days.

Super , yesterday he applied the card , took some details and prepared my case with salary docu and sent for approval , told it may take 2 to 7 days for approval from different heads of card division . Once he recives the approval he would apply again in the sytem then I can track my status . Currently I can't see any status ( As you shared the same process ..here ) .

How much time they took to ship the card after approval ? Mine got approved last friday still waiting for dispatch card number is visible in the app, Almost 5 days. HDFC shipped the INFINIA next day after approval.

Depends on Pincodes. Usually Ships from Peenya, Bangalore.
