Will milestone benefit be available?

I have this card. Whenever I have wanted to book something, tickets are unavailable for that date. One needs to make a compromise in terms of dates. Holidays, weekends are mostly unavailable for key routes if the booking is done for plans within a month.

Card finally unblocked after copying the CEO, CS, CS head, Nodal officer and Principal Nodal officer that I am putting a complain with the RBI. In parallel, raised a complain with the RBI and the card was unblocked in less than 24 hours.

Guys, still no change in my card status. Any other ideas?

SBI CC has one of the worst customer service. I am not surprised by the lack of support from the customer service.
