Rbl zomato

Randomly opened the rbl app today and saw an option to increase limit from 95K to 1.95L , was using the card previously but have stopped using it completely post the recent devaluation.

What I have seen in my case for both axis and icici is that LE option is available first in the app usually followed by a SMS 3-4 days later.

Did anyone who received the “will get back to you in 2days sms” got any actual limit enhancement after 2 days ?

Thanks for the update. I hold the platinum(4 months) and Apay (2 months). Avg transactions around 2-3K. Both cards had a limit of 60K and got increased to 4.2L today , thanks to this community.

Wasn’t aware about gyftr via axis, always assumed it was only for hdfc. Any specific advantages of gyftr over grabdeals ??

For anyone facing similar issue, issue was sorted once i raised a complaint within 3 days. As per support , the coupon transaction failed from bigbasket end and they provided new coupons after 3 days.

I recently purchased some bigbasket coupons from grabdeals , but haven’t received it yet, any idea how much time it takes to process the request to deliver the coupons via email or sms, I was under the assumption that it should be instantaneous.
