So I have filled the itr wrongly and on the card page it's showing me byoc and prosperity business credit card only but I want marquee I haven't completed the vkyc, is there anyone who can tell me how can I get my application cancel and start with a fresh application?

Try contacting the branch with the application number and the CC team from the branch can cancel it.

Same thing happened with me today. I applied through their Marquee cc page link directly here- link and when I shared all the details (they had only no documents option) they offered a first business card and an option of build your own card. I am not sure what can be done next to get Marquee card only

you chose self-employed that's why they offered a business card. To get a Marquee you need to be salaried, you could potentially lie and say you are salaried as they do not check your income documents to get Marquee.

What use case Marquee solves, post recent devaluation?
The rewards page have almost all EGV's at 0.15 redemption rate and other than booking flight or hotel at revenue rate, this doesn't solve any purpose.

Can anyone help with any escalation emails regarding yes bank marquee card activation. I received my marquee card on 9th Dec and cannot get it activated via mobile app or the web portal. I have lodged numerous tickets with customer care but nobody seems to have any resolution. I saw someone flagged some emails for escalation which I cannot find now.

Yes, so as Yes bank cc guys suggested to go directly to the bank in order to apply for Marquee (without income docs/ salary slip as I have a business), I went to the bank and asked the cc person there about this. He reapplied for me there and then, someone visited too to verify place of residence/ office and i got the card in about 1.5 weeks.

Regarding the activation, I escalated to all the emails, including some zonal head email and the same got rectified in a few days.

yes, the cc person got the form filled at the bank, I did share my ITR later that day to the same person on email and my dcb cc statement for getting higher limit

For me as well, I received Marquee as LTF on card to card basis on account opening. I provided them statement of Regalia gold credit card and Infinia. They said any card statement they require and holding balance for more than 6 months, either do FD or hold in savings account + family account.
