Issue with Flipkart Axis Credit Card Not Reflecting in Flipkart

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share an issue I’m facing with my Axis Bank credit card and see if anyone has a solution.

I initially took an FD-backed credit card from Axis Bank and later closed it. After that, I received the Neo Mastercard. Later, I upgraded to the Flipkart Axis Credit Card through a telephone request. However, even after upgrading, my Flipkart Axis Credit Card is not reflecting in Flipkart. Instead, when I check the Flipkart app, it still shows the card as “Coming Soon” under the application section, as if I still need to apply for it.

I have already contacted both Flipkart and Axis Bank customer support, but I haven’t received a resolution yet.

Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, what’s the best way to resolve it? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Chill. It's 💯 stable card. Hardly there's any incident of cashback discrepancy reported.

I understand that the card can be managed and payments can be tracked through the Axis Mobile app, but the hurdle in my case is that I received the welcome gift voucher worth ₹500 for Flipkart, and I’m unable to claim it.

The Flipkart app doesn’t detect that I have the Flipkart Axis Credit Card, so it doesn’t allow me to redeem the voucher and always throws an error. Any help would be appreciated.

wait for few days and try , try to add gift card directly while making purchase , you might get the code of the gift card which you can directly apply while checking out the product .
